Description
The I WILL Institute is focused on professional leadership development, teaching students about historical barriers within leadership and the intersection of this and gender. The institute is a year-long cohort-based program that meets monthly. Students can elect to remain in the program multiple years.
Students will discuss a variety of topics to advance their leadership skills. A variety of mentorship opportunities are available (peer-to-peer, staff, faculty, and alumni).
